Horseshoe Bossier Casino & Hotel places you next to Horseshoe Bossier City Casino and a short stroll from other popular sights like Louisiana Boardwalk. Staff was terrible, just going through the motions, no one acted like they liked their job and customers were putting them out. Their is a pool party going on at 11PM that the music is so loud you can not go to sleep. Then to top it off I am on the 15th floor on the far in of the hotel from the pool. He would just stop dealing cards to yell at the pit boss about needing to go home. Tried to play blackjack and the first dealer was disgruntled and wanted to go home. I was told if he was a service dog he would be free but since he is a working K9 that didn’t count.
Their website says they are pet friendly, they are if you pay them an extra $50. I have a working K9 partner at work, I am a fire investigator and had my arson K9 with me. Mind you this is a casino, you would think they would realize the faster I get into my room the faster I get into their casino. But if I wanted to pay an extra $10 I could go head and check in. Arrived at 2:30 and was told I was too early to check in.
